I started with butter, honey and vanilla extract.

I put this in the microwave for ~30 seconds to get the butter melted and then started adding rice that was leftover from dinner.




This blog is for my modified vegan recipes. My gf and I are making the best attempt we can at a vegetarian diet with the following food allergies: tree nuts, peanuts and all other legumes, strawberries, melon, shellfish, eggs, and mild allergies to milk and soy. In the process, we are also trying to NOT induce any new allergies (such as wheat or gluten) by overloading on meat-alternatives like seitan. I would appreciate any feed back!
