
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c organic unbleached all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 c Nutribiotic Rice Protein Powder
- 1 5/8 c cold applesauce
- 1/8 c sugar
- 1 medium apple peeled, cored and diced
This blog is for my modified vegan recipes. My gf and I are making the best attempt we can at a vegetarian diet with the following food allergies: tree nuts, peanuts and all other legumes, strawberries, melon, shellfish, eggs, and mild allergies to milk and soy. In the process, we are also trying to NOT induce any new allergies (such as wheat or gluten) by overloading on meat-alternatives like seitan. I would appreciate any feed back!
